This 2-bedroom beach house is located just steps from the zero-entry pool and only minutes away from the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico's white sands and emerald waters. Families will certainly enjoy the proximity to the amazing 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool with fountains, covered cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, dining area, barbeque stations, and lounge couch area. The pool is HEATED during March, April, October, and November. Right on site is a fitness facility and very clean public restrooms. There is a smaller pool across 30A that is available also.
This beach house is perfect for families or friends looking for attention to detail. We aim to make your vacation relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. Decorated in cool crisp whites you will get the true beach house vibe. The space greats you with 9ft ceilings and a wall of windows making the living area beautiful and bright. We want you to come and relax on your vacation but also be comfortable which is why we upgraded the living room furniture with brand new couches! A split bedroom concept provides you with the privacy you desire. The master bedroom features a brand new comfortable king bed, plenty of natural light, a deluxe walk-in shower, dual vanities, a private water closet, and a large walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom is equipped with brand new custom built-in Queen over-queen bunk beds. This bedroom has access to the wonderful screened-in deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. We also offer a queen sofa sleeper in the family room as well for additional sleeping. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and we also have a PlayStation 4 available for gaming use for the kids!
30A has an amazing selection of restaurants in all price categories. However, if you do decide to stay home, the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and upgraded appliances. Plenty of pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We also have a Keurig coffee maker for you to use.
The Big Chill, conveniently located across the street is a family hot spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25ft LED theater screen that plays host to concerts, sporting events, movie nights on the green, family activities, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Guests will certainly enjoy Luke Bryan’s place which is a Cigar and Gastro pub a very popular spot to gather! The Big Chill also offers an onsite ice machine, coffee house, ice cream shop, and much more!
We like to provide all convenient amenities for our guests so you will find a well-organized garage with 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach wagon, and assorted beach toys. Please help yourself as they are there for your enjoyment. You will also find 3 adult bikes and 2 kids' bikes plus helmets ready for you to use on the 17-mile paved biking path located right out front of our subdivision.
You are welcome to use our golf cart, but please be sure to follow local laws, must be a licensed driver, and must wear seat belts, we want to keep you safe! Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $300 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received before your arrival. Also, the golf cart is provided out of courtesy of the owner and if it becomes unavailable/out of service, there will be no refund.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted. There is a great grocery store less than 4 miles away (Publix Super Market).
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund of the nightly rate, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in no refund. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under no circumstances. No more than 8 guests are allowed in the condo. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
This property does have surveillance cameras at entry points of the home.
Please note: Parking is available for ONE vehicle. No camper, RV, or towing trailer space is available. No street parking. If you have more than one vehicle please let us know and we will direct you as to where to park your second vehicle close by.
